Cooperation Protocol between Rui Cunha Foundation and the Law and Justice Foundation

The June 23, 2014, Rui Cunha Foundation, through its Chairman, Dr. Rui Cunha, and the Law and Justice Foundation, through the Chairman of the Board, Dr. Mário Silva, signed in Cape Verde, a Memorandum of cooperation. Amongst the various areas of interest include:

a) Legal assistance in various areas of law;

b) Guidance and supervision of Rui Cunha Foundation in all training courses of legal practices to be taught jointly by both signatories;

c) Mutual support in editing scientific journals and books, including scientific and pedagogical work;

d) Creating a platform for distance learning e-learning advantage valences now available on our website,  www.creddm.org;

e) Strengthening of FDJ library, ISCJS and FRC;

f) A combination of seminars, workshops, seminars, aimed at disseminating the Law of Macau and Portuguese mother in Cape Verde;

g) Participation in events related to career opportunities within the legal field;

h) Exchanging publications.
