In 2014, I felt that the time had come to “bring to light” the practical cases that we were solving and which are the basis for deepening the theoretical subjects and clarifying doubts, as well as the statements of frequencies and final exams with the motions for resolutions so that tomorrow’s students can have a support base for Criminal Law classes, their study and exam preparation. Today, the time has come for a review and adaptation of these study materials, taking into account the reformulation of the curriculum and the fact that it is currently in charge of the discipline of Criminal Law I.
