Modern Finance and Talent Development – 2022.11.21
The Rui Cunha Foundation and MBtv Debates present on Monday, November 21st at 6:00pm, a conference entitled “Modern Finance and Talent Development”, as part of the Business Series cycle, co-organized by FRC, Macau Business Magazine and MIIPA – Macau Insurance Industry Professionals Association.
This partnership session will highlight the new concept of modern finance, as its development has been considered a fundamental drive and an essential pillar for the much-desired economic diversification of Macau. In addition to a legal framework adapted to the needs of a new reality, the implementation of advanced talent management also emerges as a key component of a successful strategy.
The panel of experts to address the topic of a stronger financial services industry will include António Félix Pontes, Chief Representative for Macau Greater Bay Area Impact Forum Foundation; Sam Tou, Executive Director of BNU; Cally Kuan Ho Weng, President of the General Assembly of Macau Society of Registered Accountants; and Calvin Tinlop Chui, President of the Executive Committee of Macau Financial Law Association.
In addition to the guest speakers, the debate will be introduced by Ivan Cheung, President of MIIPA – Macau Insurance Industry Professionals Association, and moderated by José Carlos Matias, Director of Macau Business.
