Overview and objectives:
This course is designed for the development of writing and speaking skills for lawyers in the English language. Using current topics in the legal and ‘real’ world, and with guest lecturers from Hong Kong, participants in the course will learn advocacy and writing skills and learn how to apply these skills at each session. Each session will be inter-active with participants taking an active role, not just listening.
